General Provisions and Definitions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form the legal agreement between the ku999 platform and its users ("Member" or "you"). ku999 is an online gaming and sports betting platform that provides services in both Bengali and English for Bangladeshi users.

In these Terms, "Platform" means the ku999 website, mobile application and all related services. "Account" means a member's registered personal account. "Balance" means the total amount of funds held in the account.

By accessing the platform or using any service, you confirm that you have fully read, understood and agreed to these Terms. If you disagree with any term, please refrain from using the platform.

Eligibility and Age Requirement

The following eligibility conditions must be met to register and use the ku999 platform:

• You must be at least 21 (twenty-one) years of age.
• You must be a person of full legal capacity — eligible to enter into a legal contract.
• Online gaming must not be legally prohibited in the area or country from which you are using the platform.
• Operating an account on behalf of or in the name of another person is strictly prohibited.

Age Verification

ku999 may at any time request documents necessary to verify age and identity. Failure to provide the required documents may result in temporary or permanent suspension of the account. National ID cards, passports or similar government-issued identification are used for verification. Information provided at the time of registration must be true and accurate.

Account Registration and Management

Single Account Policy

Each individual may open only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are identified, all accounts will be closed and the balance may be forfeited.

Security and Password

It is your responsibility to keep your ku999 account login details — username and password — completely confidential. Never share this information with anyone. Report any unauthorised access to your account to our support team immediately.

Updating Information

Keep the name, mobile number and email registered on your account updated with the latest and correct information at all times. ku999 will not be held responsible for any transaction issues arising from incorrect or outdated information.

Right to Close Account

ku999 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close any account for reasonable cause — including fraud, breach of terms or security concerns.

Deposit, Withdrawal and Payment

Deposit Methods and Limits

Payment methods currently available for deposits at ku999: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank and other major commercial banks). The minimum deposit amount is ৳100.

When making a deposit, you must use a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from accounts operated in the name of a third party are not accepted.

Withdrawal Policy

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. Withdrawals are always sent to the same payment method registered in your own name that was used for the deposit.

Account verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be made. If verification is incomplete, the request may be delayed.

Currency and Transactions

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). Transactions in cryptocurrency or any other foreign currency are not supported.

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit at ku999, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. To withdraw the bonus, a turnover of 20 times the bonus amount is required.

Example: If you deposit ৳1,000 you will receive a ৳2,000 bonus, making your total balance ৳3,000. To meet the wagering requirement for this bonus, a turnover of ৳2,000 × 20 = ৳40,000 is needed.

General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses may only be used on eligible games — the game list designated by ku999 applies.
• It is not possible to withdraw bonus balance before the conditions are met.
• ku999's decision is final on matters of eligibility to participate in bonus promotions.
• Attempting to claim bonuses through multiple accounts or false information will be treated as fraud.
• ku999 reserves the right to change or withdraw promotional terms at any time.

VIP Cashback Programme

Active members are eligible to receive weekly cashback through VIP tiers. Weekly cashback applies at up to 0.3% for the Bronze tier, 0.6% for Silver, 0.9% for Gold and 1.2% for Platinum — based on net losses for the week.

Gaming and Betting Rules

General Gaming Policy

All games on ku999 are operated using software from certified technology providers. Game results are entirely random (controlled by a Random Number Generator) and the platform does not influence any outcome.

Betting Rules

• A bet once confirmed cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a bet is placed incorrectly due to a technical error, ku999 reserves the right to void that bet.
• ku999's decision is final on the outcome of any match or event.
• Placing coordinated bets on the same event from multiple accounts is prohibited.

Game Interruptions and Technical Issues

If a game is interrupted mid-play due to loss of internet connection or other technical reasons, the system will generally resume from the last saved state. Beyond that, the decision rests with ku999.

Prohibited Activities and Fraud Prevention

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ku999 platform:

• Using the platform for money laundering or concealing the source of illegal funds.
• Using bots, automated software or artificial intelligence to place bets or operate games.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to hack or misuse the account credentials of other members.
• Operating an account under a false identity or on behalf of a minor.
• Attempting to claim promotional benefits improperly or more than once.

In the event of a breach of these prohibitions, the account will be immediately suspended and funds held will be forfeited. In serious cases, the relevant legal authorities may be notified.

Responsible Gaming

Setting Limits

You may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits on your own account. Requests to increase a limit take effect after 7 days, but requests to decrease a limit take effect immediately.

Self-Exclusion

Any member may request a temporary suspension of their account for a specified period through the ku999 support team. During this period, access to the account or any transactions will not be possible.

Dispute Resolution and Applicable Law

Complaints Process

In the event of a dispute or complaint, please contact the ku999 customer support team first. The support team will review the issue and attempt to resolve it. The aim is to respond within 30 business days from the date the complaint is submitted.

Final Decision

ku999's decision is final and binding on matters of game results, bonus eligibility and interpretation of these Terms.

Changes to Terms

ku999 may at any time change, amend or remove any part of these Terms. Changes will be published on the platform and notice may be sent to the registered email address.

Continued use of the platform after updated Terms are published will be considered as your acceptance of the new terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the platform and request account closure.

Mobile Application

The ku999 Android (APK) and iOS mobile applications are available through official channels. These Terms apply equally to use of the app. Downloading the app from unofficial third-party sources carries security risks — ku999 will not be responsible for this.

Miscellaneous Provisions

Entire Agreement

These Terms, the Privacy Policy and any applicable promotional terms together form the entire agreement between ku999 and the member. Any prior oral or written understanding is superseded by this agreement.

Severability

If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, all remaining parts will continue in full force and effect.

Assignment

ku999 may transfer its rights and responsibilities to a third party. However, members may not transfer the rights and responsibilities of their account without prior permission from ku999.
